Registration and Appointment Bookings

Art in Mind Private Sessions:

All sessions are strictly confidential.

Intake Form: You will be sent an intake form prior to the session. Please print off, fill in, and bring to your first session. Alternatively, you can fill out your form at your first session by arriving 15 minutes prior to your appointment.

Cost: $85/hour for first session. Cash, online bank transfer, email debit, cheque or bank draft accepted, made out to Alice Rathgeber. NOTE: Insurance carriers may reimburse you for your sessions, depending on your plan. Check with your insurance provider.

Skype sessions available: Skype sessions are paid either by online bank transfer or email debit. Please note: All skype sessions must be pre-paid. To book a skype session, please see below.

Session Policy:

Cancellations: If the client needs to cancel an appointment, there is no fee as long as advanced notice (at least 24 hours) is given. For cancellations made within 24 hours the client will be charged a failed appointment fee ($25) which will be due at the next appointment.

Missed Appointments: For missed appointments there will be a failed appointment fee ($45), which will be due at the next appointment.

Lateness: If the client is late for his/her appointment, that time is lost. The client will still be required to pay the full session fee regardless of how much time is left of the scheduled appointment.

Courtesy Reminders: A courtesy reminder can be provided upon request. However, should the client not receive this reminder, it is still the client’s responsibility to communicate and either rearrange or cancel the appointment.

Skype Sessions:
