How Was It Developed?
After almost three decades of witnessing the therapeutic effect of creating art, Aliki is now offering one-to-one sessions and using art as a therapeutic tool to help others.
From Aliki: “Since I was very young I felt a strong urge to paint and draw. Although I didn’t realize it at the time, being creative for me, was like oxygen. It truly made me feel better and seemed vital. At first I chalked this up to having been born creative. Until I realized that others, even those who considered themselves ‘non-creative’, were benefitting from creating art.”
