Therapeutic Art in NatureTherapeutic Art by the River

Join us for a session of self-reflection and discovery, which promises to be a relaxing and engaging afternoon. This session is designed to introduce participants to using art as therapy in a casual, yet personal way.

We will be creating art, writing and discussing our findings in a beautiful outdoor environment. Activities include some theory, warm up exercises and directed activities with lots of room for creative visual expression.

What to expect: You will come away from the workshop having experienced how art can really make a difference in your life from problem solving to relaxation. As well, the knowledge gained via art exercises can be reapplied long after the workshop is over.

No art skills required...at all!

Here's what others are saying:

"A totally amazing experience; Wasn't really sure what to expect but when you start you really do connect with the art you 'draw' and look deep into yourself. I now understand how art can really make a difference in your life AND you don't have to have any experience drawing at all!! Loved it."

"A journey of different emotions, leaving relaxed and calm. Beautiful setting, great guidance, no pressure if you have not tried anything like this prior."
