Through a series of art exercises, talking (or not) and other modalities (different ideas and ways to solve a problem) we tackle each issue in an accepting and gentle way.

Even though we use art materials to help you get a ‘clear picture’ of what is going on, you don’t need to be artistic in any way…Promise!

No issue is too big or small. Sometimes, we all need a fellow traveler to guide, witness and support us.

Our confidential sessions, use a variety of art exercises and modalities to help you recover and navigate difficulties such as irritability, emotional burnout, and hopelessness. If you’ve been feeling off lately, there are tools to help you break free from the past and provide you the relief you seek. Experience a supportive space where you are truly seen and heard, for a deeper understanding of your authentic self, and those around you.

Our group workshops use a variety of materials and art exercises that help you start the journey of self reflection. If you enjoy group dynamics, then this is for you. Using a variety of individual and group exercises, we will sample how therapeutic art mindfulness can help us know ourselves a little bit more, and gain peace and joy.
